A teacher who teaches languages received my card. Actually the first card because I sent two cards to her. She uses the cards to help in her teaching. They translate the message into the language that they are learning and then discuss what is written in the message. The card that I sent with the Dallas skyline tells about the Kennedy assasination. She also has a blog so I'm going to check it out.
I got a real nice card. It is an Olympic card! Beautiful. It was sent from Wu Hong Yan. She lives in Beijing with her husband and 4 year old daughter. Here is the card:
Oh My gosh! I got a card from Hungary today. My grandma and grandpa were from Hungary, right outside of Budapest! I was thrilled to get a card from there!
I received a very nice card showing the town of Verdal Finland. What a peaceful place it must be. Her description was so nice. I don't think you can read the card but you can see how much she got into one card!

I received a note on August 27 that my card was received in the UK.
He said: I have been to the US, was in LA a few years back and last year went to NYC for a week. Gotta get over to Texas some time and see a bit more of the US - preferably on the back of a motorbike!
I got a note from CinnamonGirl from Finland on September 9 who got my postcard. The card has a recipe for Texas Chili. She's going to try make the recipe. I sure hope she likes it.
